Hi! I’m Avery 🙂

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Human Nutrition.

Science shows that all living things require growth, balance, adaptation, and energy. Do these well, and you live well – from cell to soul.

As a Registered Dietitian, I love exploring nutrition as a balance of science and human experience. I’m driven by a growth mindset and guided by curiosity. I’m committed to an approach that’s personalized, evidence-based, and holistic.

A few realms I’m especially passionate about include (but not limited to) digestive health, plant-based nutrition, weight management, women’s health, fitness nutrition, intuitive eating, chronic conditions such as heart disease and metabolic disorders, and others. I’ve helped people optimize nutrient intake, relieve chronic symptoms, learn how to plan meals, improve energy levels, and make peace with food. I’m committed to being a lifelong learner as science continues to reveal strategies to improve life.

I believe wellness is a dynamic, living process – not a static goal. It’s an evolving relationship between our inner self, body, and environment. Growth and adaptation are inevitable, and my mission is to explore how we can align them with wellness.
